Walmart Pay Vacation and Sick Pay Day?

Hello i have been employed at Walmart for about five months and i'm on pay stub i never see any pay day or sick day leave hours being accured where other associates pay stub have them listed or gets accrued each month i believe. How many months or years do you have to work for them to qualify for sick day leave or vacation leave? One time i heard someone say you got to work about a year to get one week pay vacation leave and some sick day leave?? But what if i get sick before my one year of employment and rather than calling out as absence i wish to you this whether they be sick pay day leave or pay vacation leave. Any suggestions?? Thanks

1. It's one year for those hours that have accrued to become available. I'll also add that, even though you might have sick time to use in the future, if you call in sick it will still count as an absence.
