Inexpensive, reliable photography in Houston?

Ok, I asked this question a couple of hours ago, but it's not showing up in the Houston section. So, here we go again: I need some help from all you knowledgeable Houston folks. I may be in need of a good, but cheap photographer next month. I looked at Craigslist and there are some good prices on there, I just don't know who you can trust and who you can't. Does anyone know a reliable, quality, inexpensive ($500 or less for a few hours) photographer in the Houston area? Thanks!
