What is the difference between a GT & GTA Mustang?

I've heard of the GT Stang, but not a GTA. I found one while surfn craigslist. http://seattle.craigslist.org/see/cto/1076349898.html So what's different from this and a GT of the same year??

1. As I recall, the GTA had an automatic transmission.
2. In the old days the GTA was an automatic, the GT was a straight shift.
