How can I block certain employers from viewing my resume on Monster Jobs and Career Builder?

1. You can't. Either everyone can view it OR no one can view it.
2. You can not specifically block certain employers from viewing your resume on either search companies however I have viewed some very specific information on resumes mentioning certain fields that the individual is NOT interested in at all. For example; no insurance agencies please. Best of Luck
