What is the list called that a musical artists must have before going on stage?

You know when they put something in the contract like before every show they have to have certain things in the green room. "I must have a bowl of red M&M's" or fresh fruit or 100 bottles of liquor or fried chicken from KFC only the wings .... What is that list called called?
