Does anybody know a list of the biggest living philanthropists?

I can't find such a list on the internet. I can find _examples_ of philanthropists, or qualified lists like 'biggest philanthropic celebrities', but none exactly as I've written. Can anyone help?

2. I know this is of no use to you.. but I can't resist.. If fat people typically have such exorbitant grocery bills.. where do they find all the money to waste on charitable causes?
