1. Most Important: Homeland Security & Defense. Must stay safe. There is no "least important." I suppose we could do without the department of education.............. not that education isn't important.............but it wasn't added as a cabinet position until just a few decades ago under Carter's administration. We done without it before, we can do without it again.
