Does anyone know of any good job search websites?

My fiance has been out of work for almost 3 weeks now. I have been picking up as many shifts as I can and today was my first day off in over 2 weeks. He has gone to all the obvious websites like monster.com and indeed.com. He is a mechanic. Our family needs him to be back to work asap. I cannot financially afford to pay all the bills with my income alone. We have a 4 year old and just moved into this apartment in November. I love it here and I don't want to lose it. Any ideas on how to find a good job? Every place he has called has said they are not hiring! We don't know what else to do. I don't want to work from on home. I just want to know if there is anymore job search websites. I have a degree in pharmacy and that's what I want to do. My fiance also has a degree in automotive technology and he wants to use it. Anyone know any good websites to search for jobs?
