How do I do a Posting on www.Indeed.com's Forum?

I want to post a topic on www.Indeed.com's Forum about jobs. So I went to the related section, clicked on Start a Discussion (at the top of page), which led me to the bottom of pg where I was given the space to write the topic and comment. After that, I clicked on Start Discussion (below Your Comment). But when I looked for my topic it was nowhere. So I searched for it, but in vain. Pls help me if u know how to do it and explain from the step from where I'm making a mistake. Thanks. How do I do a Posting on www.Indeed.com's Forum?

1. Read the forum guidelines, and then fallow instructions.
2. You can start a discussion by first navigating to the appropriate forum (there is a search box at the top of every page). Then look through the current topics to see if yours has already been created and if not, click on "start a discussion". Once you have entered your topic and your comment, you should just be able to click on "Start Discussion" and your topic and comment will appear in the category you chose. Also, sometimes it takes a few minutes for the update to show in the forum. Good luck!
