I have three extra bedrooms in my home that I would like to rent out. What's the best way to find renters?

I got the following in my list of things to do: craigslist.com uloop.com local university newspaper facebook.com google earth word of mouth-tell everyone I know I live in the southeast Houston area (clear lake city). any more good ideas to find renters is appreciated?
