Any Finance and Administrative Positions in Houston, Texas?

Hello, I would appreciate any assistance! My boyfriend and I are planning to move from Raleigh, NC to Houston, TX. We have been running into a few problems. It is very difficult for me to find a good Administrative position. Its not as bad for him being he is in the finance field but we could still use some help with that. I am 24 and he is 25. He has a degree in Finance as well as a degree in Business Economics and a Series 7 and 63 License. He has experience as a Stockbroker on Wall Street, NY as well as a Financial Advisor and Portfolio Analyst for a few companies. I am currently pursing my degree in Computer Information Technology/Computer Engineering and Psychology. I have 8 years of experience working in all aspects of the Administrative sector. I have held positions as a Legal Assistant, Secretary, Office Coordinator, Office Manager, Transcriptionist and Receptionist. I have searched just about every search engine including USA Gov. Jobs, State jobs, Careerbuilder, Monster, Craigslist and Hotjobs. Does anyone have any suggestions for my boyfriend and I. We do not want to move until one of us finds a good job. I also have an extensive amount of computer knowledge in all software aspects, typing at 95WPM and experience in the Medical, Legal and Human Services (Non-Profit) fields. Please help us!! Thanks!

1. A lot of administrative positions are available through staffing companies, often on a temp-to-hire position. And you can apply to as many as you want to up your chances of finding a position.
