What are a list of questions I can use to help format a seven page biography?

My social studies teacher assigned a 7 page essay on either a battle of the civil war or important people of the war. I am doing Abraham Lincoln. The problem is, he didn't give me a list of things to look for. Is there any website, or do you have any ideas, of questions that I could answer to put in my biography? Such as: Name: Birthday: Accomplishments: Date of presidency: That sort of thing. Just something blank, so I can look for the information and fill it out.

1. Name, date of birth, parents, place of birth, siblings education early career pre-presidency presidency (major events/decisions) post-presidency assassination lifetime accomplishments/contributions That's what I would do. And all throughout I would sprinkle fun facts! Good luck!
