How could I find a certain type of dog for sale in Seattle, Washington?

I am looking for a black chihuahua and cocker spaniel mix . I am in the seattle area, and saw one while I was walking today and instantly fell in love. It was the cutest puppy I had ever saw! So, where could I go to find that pet? Please, I really want one of these! A brown one will do fine too. Also, no craigslist (dot) com. I already looked.
