How do I set up a list of recipients for weekly e-mails and send only to each w/ others addresses not shown?
I would like to send a weekly e-mail message to a group of people, so first I need to know how to set up a list of names as a group separate from all the other e-mail addresses I have. Also how do you send an email to that group so that each person receives individually without the recipients seeing the addresses of others on my list?

- Need more information. What email program are you using?
- You don't say which e-mail program you are using, but if it happens to be MS Outlook, here are some instructions: Open your address book, select "New Entry," choose "New Contact" and add your contacts with their e-mail addresses (and other details if you want to.) "Save and add another" until you have entered all of your contacts. At the last one, click "Save and Close." This part takes the longest! Now create a "New Distribution List" (also in the address book under "New Entry") and name it "Weekly E-mails" or something like that. Add all of the intended recipients' names (from the Contacts you entered) to that distribution list. You can add or delete contacts in the distribution list at any time - again, use the address book - find the list, open it and add or delete your recipients. Each week, send the message to yourself (add your e-mail address in the "To:" line) and to your distribution list (find your list in the address book and use the "bcc:" or blind courtesy copy line feature so that nobody in the group listing can see the other names. YOU will be the only one who knows who is receiving your messages. Good luck!
