How do I find my craigslist ad?

I placed a personals ad on craigslist but when I go to the category that it was posted under, my ad is nowhere to be seen. If I go into my craigslist account, my add appears as a normal ad and hasn't been flagged or deleted. Is there a way I can get a hold of craigslist? I've tried to contact them about my add but haven't received a response.

1. It may take up to 20 minutes for an ad to appear in the listing page of respective category of craigslsit. If you can't find your ad on listing page even after 25 minutes then it is ghosted i.e. removed by craigslist's spam filter.
