Why is it when I apply for jobs through Career Builder or Monster, I always get temp agencies calling me back?

I don't understand this. I apply for several jobs through these websites, though I get calls back from companies that I didn't even apply for that are temping agencies. I don't want to work temporarly jobs ... I want to work a full time regular job. Ugh!

1. They are searching and finding your resume. I found a great job on Career Builder a few yeras back. The company turned out to be a bunch of idiots, but it was a great job.
2. You may have to start with the temp agency and then get hired full time.
