Does Yahoo Hot Jobs care that they are helping scammers scam?

I have been looking in Yahoo Hot Jobs for a long time now, always looking to move up. Nearly half of the job offers are scams, and I have seen many listed as Yahoo Hot Job "recommended". So, is Yahoo getting a cut of the money it helps scam? And, if so, what does that say about a service I have been extremely loyal to? At on point I tried to think that it was just scammers slipping under the radar, but if a trusted site is recommending I give money to this thieves then to what point and purpose is my loyalty considered?
