ONLINE Vet Assistant courses!?

Is US Career Institute a reliable online vet assistant program? Also, if you have any suggestions about other online vet assistant programs please don't keep them to yourself. This is really important to me, but I am no where close to a community college that has vet assistant programs and I am in no position to move right now. I need HELP! ok scratch the other stuff. just tell me how i can get my vet tech degree online.

1. All veterinary assistant programs are ripoffs. They don't teach you anything practical and veterinarians don't look at a person who went through a program any differently than one who didn't. They look at experience. None of these programs are regulated/accredited by the AVMA like vet schools and tech schools so veterinarians don't take them seriously. Also, realize that "assistant" means different things at different clinics. At one clinic it might just be the person in the kennel cleaning cages and if you need a degree for that, you've got bigger problems. At other clinics it might be the person who does everything: clean cages, book appointments, assists in surgery, et. And other clinics don't hire them at all. If you want to work in a vet clinic then consider a vet tech degree instead. All clinics hire technicians and they are in demand right now. The program is longer (2 years), but it's worth it.
