Education and Reference - Standards and testing?

I am living at riverside and want to take the exam to qualify me to be considered for employment to USPS. When and where are the test being administered.

2. there is no test for the next few years atleast. If you want you can goto usps.com > Careers and check the for TE employment. No benefits bt you work for 365 days a year.
