Need help finding the name & artist of a recent song?

I've heard this song on the radio about 4 times and the deejays NEVER say who it is and this particular radio station doesn't have their playlist online to go find the song. It's a man singing. He kinda sounds like a cross between Jason Mraz and Michael Buble (it could even possibly be Mraz, but I really don't think it's Michael Buble). Some of lyrics talk about - I hope you come to the place where we meet - I'll be standing on the street corner - I'm not moving, I'm not moving. Any help would be much appreciated.
