What is the best Realtor to use in St. Thomas for apartment rentals?

would like to find something on the east end. As roach free as possible!

1. I use the real estate center. You can also look in the virgin islands daily news or island trader. You most likely want to live at Sapphire Village. It is gated, clean, has 2 pools, a bar and restaurant, and is in walking distance from the beach and has a great view. If you have any more questions feel free to ask
2. the only reason why people use Realtors down here is cause they live off island so they need ta have someone rent there place out when there gone! Ive found that just renting a place straight from the owner is always better cause there here and if something is wrong with the place there more quick ta fix it! and its also cheaper cause with renting from a Realtor is always more expensive! and out east is more dessert like so not as many bugs as there are on the northside! check out our paper USVI Daily news theres always plenty apartments in there! good luck
