Frito-Lay Employment verification?

I'm a former employee of Frito-Lay, owned by Pepsi-co. I recently applied for a position with a company and in my background check it only came back as me working with Frito from '07-'08, which is so not true. I worked from 2000-'08. Is there a number or a way I'm able to get a fairly quick response proving I did work for the company during that long time span?
