Does anyone have a creative idea on how to break a my apartment lease?

My daughter's therapy has caused myself a huge financial burden ..I guess just like most of America, I can't afford my rent anymore. I do not have a buyout clause. Please if you have a creative way to break a lease...leave me an answer.

1. sub lease it or quit paying the rent u will get kicked out- loud parties always work
2. Just walk out. No matter what you do, you're going to owe the rent anyway, since you signed a lease. Why come up with some lame scenario that makes you out to be both a liar and a deadbeat?
3. Explain the situation to the Owner/Property Manager, they may offer to let you out of the lease if they can find renters to take over the unit. Sometimes just asking works best.
4. Creative idea as to how to break your lease? You need to either try working out an agreement with your daughter’s therapist or your landlord. Check with your landlord to see if they will allow you to sublease the apartment. You’d have to find someone that they approve and upon that person taking over you lease you’d be free of your obligation. If you sit back and do nothing you will eventually be kicked out thus ruining your credit. If you go to your landlord and be honest with him/her they may allow some sort of exception. Unfortunately sitting back and doing nothing or getting kicked out, you will still be obligated to pay the pass due rent. Your landlord can also take you to small claims court and sue you. Instead of hiding or trying to come up with creativity to get out of your jam, be adult and work something out.
5. I would suggest explaining the situation to the Landlord, they may be able to help or at least you two can come to some options. You will be responsible for the remaining of the lease anyway so perhaps informing them of the situation they may be able to release you early or come to some other agreement
