How do I sell my photo prints on Craigslist?
I have some great pictures that I took and edited myself. I just want to see, just for fun, if anyone would buy them from Craigslist. Has anyone sold custom prints on the site before? Also, what kind of information should I post up; like how do I know how much to sell the print for at different sizes [5x7, 8x10, etc]? Thanks for the help in advance. I am really interested in getting my work out there for people to see and appreciate.

- Put an ad up saying "great pictures for sale" and watch the orders come rolling in. Alternatively, do what other photographers do and do some proper market research and hard work to get your work known.
- Keep in mind that not only did you take and edit the photos, but you will also be responsible for printing them, shipping them, and providing customer service to your buyers. When setting a price, make sure you're setting it so that you still make a profit. In fact, rather than print the photos yourself, it's probably safer to upload the pictures to an online print store and have them mailed to your buyer. That way, you don't have to do anything. So, take the price of whatever the printing and shipping is, and add on whatever profit you think you should make, and there's your selling price. Take a look at other photographer's galleries to see how much they price theirs.
