What is the step-by-step guide for working at Target?

I just turned in the employment application (online though). This is also my first job ever so I don't even know what is the next step after that. Do I need to make some sort of resume or cover letter. Also, I need to know what to bring during an interview besides formal wear, social security card, and ID.

1. I think you're making too big a deal of it. A resume isn't necessary for a job at Target. Formal wear is probably overdoing it, as well. All of the stuff you listed is good when you're getting a serious full time job to support yourself...but Target doesn't really qualify.
2. You dont need a resume at target..if they are interested they'll call you back for an interview..which will be with 3 different people if successful, with the 3rd person you'll be offered a job! Then you take a drug test, and if passed you'll be scheduled for orientation.
