What is the interest rate of housing loan in private and nationalised banks in India now?

I am planning to buy an apartment in Mangalore. For this I need housing loan. I am a NRI living in Dubai (came just before 6 months). Anyone please help me with the interest rates term wise available at present in both private as well as in nationalised banks.
