Resume help! Please help me fix it to me it seems adequate but ive gotten alto of bad feedback.?

What would be the correct way of summarizing my skills. Im trying to write it as an add that someone would read in a newspaper similar to the ones that are in the personals section but for my resume. The work experience, education, training, languages section will follow the summary. Qualifications Summary Hard working, Self-Motivated Disc Jockey with nine years in the entertainment industry, experienced in collaborating with a team to achieve marketing expectations within specific deadlines. Proficient in desktop communications software such as MS Word, Excel and Internet. Excellent decision making and problem solving skills developed while meeting the challenges of marketing services to Latin customers. Quick learner, with advanced interpersonal skills acquired through professional interaction with customers and business establishments.

1. Employers don't want to read an essay when they're looking at potential candidates... Try Beginning the resume with a simple career objective (3 sentences max) and saving the rest of that information for the specific section of the resume it belongs in.
2. Use bullet points. People need to scan, not read line by line. Also, drop hard working. Everyone says that, it means nothing. You are better off describing yourself as having a "do what it takes attitude" and give a real life example of a do what it takes attitude for proof.
