Is there a review site for " homes, townhomes, apartments" that are for rent?

Like www.greatschools.net is a review site that people can post reviews regarding any school. Is there a site just like greatschools except its geared towards townhome and apartment reviews? ( I live in Florida, and I need it to include Florida reviews).
