1. Looks production. You need a marine surveyor to check it out - without knowing what comes with it, and it looks like its been tarped up for a while there needs to be a full inventory. It is a reasonably quick cruiser/club racer, but the purchase price may be the cheapest part, expect to fully replace all standing rig for a start.
