Where is the best place to buy a new scooter/moped in Seattle?

Obviously there are second hand ones on craigslist etc, and I know we have a Vespa dealership, but where else can I find a scooter? I'm thinking about getting a Kymco People 50 but I can't figure out where I'd actually buy one, and for once Google is failing me. Thanks
