what does 'if you seek amy mean'?

(Jan. 20) -- If Britney Spears was looking to stir up controversy and headlines by making her tune 'If You Seek Amy' her next single, the plan is working wonders. Sadly, since most radio stations banned the sneakily suggestive tune, some revamping had to be done in the Spears camp. Deejays and radio stations across the country refused to play the tune that, when read phonetically, spells out something that is definitely not radio friendly. "If" = F, "You" = U ... you get the idea. To put it in context, here's part of the chorus: "All the boys and the girls are begging to If You Seek Amy."Caving to pressure, Spears has given up on her raunchy inside joke and the name of the tune is now "If You See Amy." While the dropping of the letter may appease those who were offended at the title and the song's suggestion, it should be noted that the chorus and lyrics now make even less sense than they did originally. i read this on the internet and i really want to know what 'it you seek amy' means and... why its so bad.
