Why is Indian army still using rape as a tool to terrorise Kashmiri people to put down legitimate revolution ?

Indian army is still adopting RAPE as a tool of terrorising peace loving people of DISPUTED TERRITORY Kashmir to put down legitimate revolution against Indian illegal occupation by massive military force as it was doing so since 1990 which was given a go ahead SPECIAL secret ORDER since 1991 whem P V Narsimha Rao was Indian prime minister as exposed by Asiaweek in March 1993, in the book Kashmir Imprisoned by Suhasini Mulay, Nandita Haksar, Saqueera Hasan & Premila Lewis of CFIK, New Delhi, reports of top humna rights activists like Inder Mohan, Gautam Navlakha & Justice V M Tarkunde. On 29 th May, 2009, two women 17 & 22 of Shopian district of south Kashmir went to their orchards & never returned. Their bodies were traced in canals. Medical reports confirmed GANG RAPES. On 16 th June, 2007, during a search operation in Sopore, two army men entered a house & ordered all inhabitents to leave but asked a 17 year old girl to stay in. She shouted. Locals caught armymen, took off their shirts & paraded in the city. Ten days later, similar incident happened in Bandipur locality. Again after two weeks, similar thing happened in Gandarbal city. Shopian is in the backward area of Kashmir which is rich in natural beauties all along the 60 km road & nearby. There is a very big , wide & extremely beautiful waterfall called Aharbal nearby. Last year I visited & know well how much the army harasses for tourists & discourage all. We could reach Shopian & Aharbal with very great difficulties all along. Our vehicle was stopped at over 23 places & the attitudes of armymen were very-very bad. They were demanding to forefeit camera as well as entire money, tiffin careers, water bottles & bags even. Even children are terrorised by their threatening comments & remarks. I have visited many girl's schools too in Srinagar & local hospitals whenever I visited Kashmir & listened so many cases of harassments of female Muslims of Kashmir. One big trader of Kashmiri carpets etc told me that if in some house a girl is there & by chance if armymen comes to know of the fact that the male member has gone out of town for few days even, the army men never leave that girl & rape multiple number of times. He too was having an 18 year old daughter. He says that he was leaving her to the house of his brother, if he goes out of Srinagar even for a day. So, the situiation is very grave. And that too is happening when as per UN Charter, India has NO RIGHT to put even a single army man in the disputed territory. Is not that goondaism ? Shouldn't all Indian IMPOSED draconian INHUMAN DICTATORIAL acts be repealed & Indian army be removed from the zone where it is stationed ILLEGALLY ? Can India win over people's hearts by adopting such horrible actions ? Remeber, India has NO locus standii on the state(UNSC Resolution dated 5 th Jan., 1949 to 24 th Jan., 1957) & people in a DISPUTED territory have legitimacy of revolution against illegal occupation but Shopian ladies were NOT doing even that. Does India deserve to keep Kashmir by adopting such heinous actions for last 20 years ? If you see UN reports particularly of Sir Dixon's period, it is clear that India was not allowed to keep more than 22,000 troops for maintaining law & order, NOT for killing locals & FINALLY to be withdrawn gradually from the state. Isn't illegal to keep >10,00,000 troops in so small area giving free hands unaccounted violating human rights ? Border villages of Kupwara like Chhitkari, Konan Poshpora & Trehgam are worst affected. Armymen ask villagers to give abt 10 litres of milk, 10 chickens, 2 goats per day free of cost & two white girls per week for enjoying sex. On slightest refusal, they go berserk, loot houses & do anything. Village Konan Poshpora saw worst on 22/23 Feb., 1991when 3 generations of females aged 7 to 70 years, abt 80 women were gang raped by Rajputana Rifles. FIR was lodged too. People abandoned that village named later as Rape Village. Azad Kashmir(PoK) has its own army of 1,50,000 local troops. But there is no such freedom movement there & no army artrocity. Even if there is similar freedom movement in Azad Kashmir & army of Pak does atrocities, it will be a crime. From that area too, Pak army(not local one) is to be withdrawn in synchronisation with Indian army as per UNSC resolutions. IKS publications of Srinagar has issued thick books on such atrocities & www.kashmirnews.com too has sufficient reports. Actually, the Indian there is highly communalised by strong communal training to do anything worst possible selectively against Muslim population of Kashmir. The armymen are criminals of MP, Bihar, Jharkhand, Maharastra & Andhra Pradesh, belonging to most backward & downtrodden localities of interiors where people eat jungle rats, frogs, cats & even ants' eggs. They're instructed to gang rape young girls as a Sikh soldier told me. In2008, 1000 new boys returned from army training camp in Jammu as they were being trained for sexual assaults. They uttered on TV channels that they too were sexually assaulted at the name of training. 'Templars...' must visit Kashmir Valley now to see himself everything in interior villages of Kupwara, Shopian, Pulwama, Gurez, Taragbal & Titwal to see what difficulty he faces even for visiting there. He is advised to make an identity card of false Muslim name to see the difference in attitude of the armymen himself. I was told that MOSSAD has taught & not CIA as few think but rogue Indian army is much worse than them. All are sex hungry & badly anti-Muslim communal of RSS brand. I've seen ladies police but not army women. The man eater army of black & ugly looking Nagaland tribals are the worst. They consumed scores of local persons. Soft flesh of children are their most liked food. I've seen them in Sopore town, the apple capital of the world. Shouldn't UN act against such inhuman army ? Otherwise, what is the way out ?

Remeber, India has NO locus standii on the state(UNSC Resolution dated 5 th Jan., 1949 to 24 th Jan., 1957) & people in a DISPUTED territory have legitimacy of revolution"" u r against army men in kashmir.. let us imagine if there are no army men...u see afghanistan?? thats exactly what kashmir becomes. pakistanis happily patrol the other side of loc Kashmir even though it is disputed... they are not allowed to do so raise your voice against them... they are the ones who keep invading kashmir every few years even though their leaders(including jinnah) signed the independence pact... they don't no how to honor it. u say there is no peace in kashmir becuz of army... do u think there will be peace without them??? do u think looking at Pakistanis state currently by removing army and letting them have kashmir we are doing kashmiris a favour?? soldiers who rape SHOULD BE GIVEN DEATH PENALTY so as to serve a lesson to others .. they should have proper breaks so that they get to see their wives... etc that way the problem might reduce...
2. Rape is frequently used in areas with wars, invasions, revolutions, rebellions, etc. It is a sad and horrible fact. Sometimes it is more of an officially 'sanctioned' thing than others.
