What is the best apartment locator service in Portland, OR?

I'm looking for a free apartment locator service that gets paid by the apartment owners they send renters to. I've done some googling, but without success. Any ideas from pdx locals?

Hey, yahoo answers is definitely a bad place to be asking this question because maybe like 1 out of 200 people live in portland. I REALLY recommend go to city-data.com, sign up, and post this question on the forums. Seriously that is such a helpful site! If you have any question to ask people familiart to a certain area, go there (also really godsend to help you decided where to live)
