What happens if you violate a SECTION 8 housing rule?

My friends family just got caught violating a section 8 housing rule. They found out that 2 adults (the moms son and girlfriend) that make A LOT of money live in the house so they don't have to pay a lot for rent. What is the penalty for this? The mother can't afford living in a regular home?

1. they get evicted and have to re-qualify
2. Eviction. Plus all us taxpayers that are footing the bill for this will be very mad about the fraud. If people keep abusing this, before long we're going to vote to get rid of it altogether.
3. They will all be evicted and no longer qualify for section 8. They will have to pay the money back to the tax payers. The voucher holder may be charged with felony welfare fraud, depending on how much she defrauded the government of. The sentance is about 5 years.
4. they will be on the watch and possibly evicted from the program i went through this with my housing sect 8 and they haunt me
