Can Title VII override the employment environment and conditions detailed in a written contract between an employer and an employee? Why or Why not? So if you can include a web site for me to go to can you please include what I should put in the search field of that site. Thank you SO much!

1. Normally you cannot surrender your legal rights as a part of a contract. In court a judge would find that part of the contract invalid and unenforceable.
