did someone take the accounting course in us career institute?

i was thinking of taking some courses in us career institute, but im scared its a rip off or its hard.

Go to community college. Cheaper, better... ps: You'll probably take "book-keeping" — not accounting.
It's good to be skeptical - there are too many rip-offs out there. I don't know if it's hard or not but from what I read your just looking for a course not a degree right. If it's just one course it's prolly doable for even people like me who are not big math-gurus. The school has a good BBB rating and has been around for quite a few years so I would say it's legit. Hope that helps you make a decision.
