Does Penn Foster or US Career Institute have a better medical transcription program?

1. Based on the research I've done PF does not offer the depth of training and continuing support that U.S. Career Institute does. I sort of had the impression with pf that they were happy to help me get into the school but after that I'm on my own. With US career I had graduate help whenever needed even after finishing the course. On a somewhat superficial level I liked the literature that US Career sent me - it looked much more profesional and had more details. It makes me feel more confident in what they offer.
