Does anyone know if it is legal to sell Commit Lozenges (stop smoking aid) on Craigslist in New York state?

I bought the mint flavor accidentally and I HATE mint, but stores do not accept returns or exchanges of nicotine products. These cost a lot of money!!

1. Since they are not prescribed you should be fine.
2. If they're an over-the-counter drug, no prob...If they're a prescription preparation you could get in big trouble.
3. Is that so? I just returned some to CVS the other day, they gave me the CVS kind when I had asked for Commit, I had no problem in returning them.
