What world cities use Craigslist the most for business services?

I have very rarely gotten any customers from Craigslist. Is there a world city that relies on it the most?

1. New york and san francisco bay area are the largest I believe. There is a lot of traffic on craigslist and its free to place ads. I use it daily with a craigslist automatic posting tool called craygo
2. You can view which cities receive the most Craigslist traffic by going to http://www.alexa.com/data/details/traffic_details/craigslist.org and scrolling down to the bottom of the page, where it lists the cities in order of traffic.
