How do I get phone numbers on the no-call list?

I had my phone (and cell) put on the no call list a while back but, I don't remember the number. My son (17) has been getting calls on his cell about his warranty about to expire for his car insurance. Today - my daughter (12) got the same call on her cell! If anyone knows how to stop these calls I would appreciate it - last time I got the info from my local newspaper. Thanks in advance!
