How do I remover someone from the block call list on my phone?

I blocked calls from Justin on my Samsung Propel on AT&T. Now I want him to be able to call me, but the phone doesn't give me an option to unblock him. "Add to reject list" appears on the menu under his name, but if I try that it says he's already on the list. No duh. But I want him off! Help?

1. you may have him listed twice, normally select options >edit. you have to work out what screen to do tbhis from. I suggest the blocked list screen.
