Do I get money if I get called when Im on the no call list?

Im not sure but I have been on the dont call list for overs 3 months and an uncle told me that I can report then and they get fined but I also get half of that fine for harrasment. I dont know if he is full of crap or not.

  5. NO. cuz some companies cant get their data bases updated right away. it can take over years before they are required by law to remove ur name from their list.
  6. I don't think this is true. There are lots of people that can still call you, such as political organizations and such. Other than that, you should file a complaint so that they get fined and hopefully don't call you or others on the list anymore. Companies are required to search the list every 31 days and remove numbers on the Do Not Call list immediately.
