Any Reviews for the Gondolier Apartments in Long Beach, CA?

Does anybody of you lived or knows anybody who lives at the Gondolier Apartments in Long Beach? Need to know how the place is.. the rooms, apartment community and property management, are they friendly? is it in a safe or just average neighborhood, etc.. I appreciate your replies. Thanks!

1. Not sure about Gondolier but found Villa del Sol to be pretty nice. I believe there address is 3225 long beach blvd.
2. The neighborhood is safe, but unless you are a college student you will hate living there. There are nicer apartments in the area. College kids can be noisy and messy. Parking can also be hard to find and you will most likely have to park on the shoulder of the Pacific Coast Highway. To me the complex looks old. Do a web search for "gondolier apartments long beach" and you will see how people have reviewed the property. Long Beach is mostly made up of small, under 20 unit apartment buildings that you will not find on the internet. They either advertise on craigslist.com or put "For Rent" signs out front.
