  1. har.com, look for ''lease'' not ''buy''. rent.com, ''not only these service are free, website like rent.com will also send you a visa card of $100 dollars. how nice!
  2. I agree with Dave's Captive. No point in paying for something that you can easily do. Here is the link; http://www.har.com
  3. If you have a broken lease on your credit file call an apartment locator. They are free to use and since you have a broken lease they will save you alot of time since many complexes will not lease to you. My personal choice to call would be Brandon Wilson at Aprtment Advisors on Westheimer. Using har or rent.com would be pointless since most of the complexes listed will not work with your brokern lease.
  4. John at aptlocators.com helped me...gave me my deposit back and tried to get a deal. Just the apt i wanted was feeling up fast and wouldnt cut one so he gave me my deposit 713-780-1140. good luck:) its free. I use one just to get a better deal
  5. I never tried apartment locator but as others said har.com is good source for lease. But with broken lease, it is going to be tough. You can also check it out in craigslist and Greensheet paper which is great source for rent. I just put my place for rent today and i advertisied in Greensheet paper. Also you can put your questions at justaskhouston.com too.
