Has anyone gotten a job as a medical coder after going to US Career Institute?

I just started my first class with US Career Institute for medical coding. Does anyone have any success stories of getting a job after completing the course?

1. Those places are overpriced certificate mills. Shouldn;t you have checked for "success stories" before you paid them?
