Any SUCCESSFUL US Career Institute grads?

I took the Medical Claims and Billing Specialist course, expecting to work from home right off the bat as they pretty much implied. I'm stuck. I NEED a job, and I don't have ANY experience in this other than the course. It's a lot harder to get going from home than they lead on. Have any of you been in this situation? How did you pull out of it? I just need some advice. ):

1. well im not a grad of the us career institute and im sorry to hear about your situation. but ive always been skeptical of any job saying that you can work from home. those types of jobs just never work out. good luck to you
