Where On Craigslist Can You Advertise Without Getting Flagged?

Where on Craigslist can I advertise a business opportunity (not employment but a business op) without getting flagged? Does anyone know? I'm looking for someone to advertise for someone join me in a venture but I don't want to get flagged? Can anyone tell me the safest place to advertise this on Craigslist? And CAN you EVEN advertise business ops on Craigslist or is that forbidden altogether?
