How do you look for apartments for rent in los angeles?

I'm trying to rent out my place in Torrance. Where do you personally go a find an apartment in LA such as drive around, which sites you look at on the internet or what printed newspapers or news sites do you use? Thanks for your help.

1. Craigslist would be your best place to look.
2. apartments.com, craigslist, a sign in the window, maybe the newspaper.

4. Google westsiderentals.com. Its the best site available for the entire west side and south bay. Craigslist is good but be careful of scammers on there.
5. LA is a big place.
