Techno Song from the 90s?

Ok this is like a needle in a haystack-type question, but I remember hearing a Techno/Dance/House song on the radio like 10 years ago, about the same time as Heaven (DJ Sammy) and Better Off Alone (Alice Deejay) were on the radio. It was by another "DJ" artist (DJ ____) and thinking about it reminds a little bit of water. I thought it was a really sweet techno song. Does anyone else remember what this song was? It was played on the Clear Channel radio station here in Detroit (95.5) at the time, so it had to have been fairly popular...Maybe if people could list "DJ"-named artists from that time that got radio play, that would help. Thanks!

1. like you said, a needle in a haystack... try SALTWATER by CHICANE... it's the only one I know that has "water" in it and that was released almost the same time as the two ones you mentionned. Asides that, it's WALK ON WATER by MILK INC. Hope this helps... if by any chance you remember any of the lyrics, or segment of lyrics, that would help a lot.
2. It could have been a Song by DJ Scooter.He was very famous in the 90,s,and still is very famous now.
