Is there a way to check all of Craigslist 'For Sale' pages without going through individual city listings?

I collect a particular item, and have found such on Craigslist- is there a way to do a wide search on Craigstlist without having to visit individual craigslist sites? is there a way to bring up items for sale on Craigslist in New York, los Angeles, Chicago, etc all at the same time?

1. Craigslist does not provide a way to do this, but there are other sites that allow you to do it. I've set up a Google Custom Search that allows you to search the entire Craigslist US database: http://www.watersworld.com/national-craigslist-search/ Or you can search for all sites within a state: http://www.watersworld.com/2009/07/21/state-specific-craigslist-searches/ It works like a champ.
